Much like your annual well visit to a primary care provider, we offer one-time consultations that will assess the ways in which you are functioning. This meeting provides guidance and insights about the possible benefits of therapy during a one-hour consultation, in which we will Reflect, Set Goals, Identify Strategies and provide Resources.
